Holidays Around the World 

Two-week celebration highlighting diverse community performances and the sights and sounds of holiday traditions from around the world.

Week One:  Thursday, December 7 – Sunday, December 10

Week Two:  Tuesday, December 12 – Sunday, December 17

  • Delight in the sights and sounds of holidays from around the globe
  • Make holidays crafts and buy unique wares from local artists
  • Local school and community groups performing holiday music
  • Nightly ‘snowfall’ transforms the Argyros Plaza into a winter wonderland

The Sound of Motown – Lec/Dem 

Learn about the rich history and evolution of the “Motown Sound” of the 1960s.  Music performances and engaging conversation make this a great pre-show experience before enjoying the hit musical Motown.

Close out the holiday season on Three Kings Day.  Enjoy Rosca de Reyes (King’s Cake) and enjoy art making to enjoy this rich, cultural tradition.

Martin Luther King Service Event

On January 14 millions will come together to volunteer and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, who never stopped asking the question, “What are you doing for others?” The MLK Day of Service is a moment to work together to fulfill King’s vision for a better America.
