Costa Mesa’s Business Assistance Collaborative (BAC), a business assistance collaborative between the City of Costa Mesa, the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Travel Costa Mesa, and South Coast Metro Alliance is kicking-off a proactive call center.

The Call Center will initially focus on retail commercial businesses with an active business license. If you have a business with an active business license in the City of Costa Mesa and would like to ensure you are contacted to provide your input, please feel free to send an email to costamesabac@costamesaca.gov.

The objective of the proactive call center is to reach out to Costa Mesa businesses who are facing uncertainties during the pandemic and gather the necessary information needed to include each business in our searchable Business List on the Costa Mesa’s BAC website (launching soon!). This website is where we are directing all traffic from our Shop Costa Mesa campaign and will hopefully provide you with additional patrons during these crazy times.

Furthermore, we need input and feedback from our business community about the level of economic pressure this pandemic has placed on businesses, and find how the existing policies from federal, state and local agencies have or have not helped businesses survive during this time.

This is a significant effort from all our partners, and it is important to hear from the diverse Costa Mesa business community to ensure our efforts are focused on what will help business succeed in these trying times. With insight and information from local businesses, Costa Mesa’s BAC can help inform the City’s pro-business actions related to policies, advocacy and assistance to ensure the collaborative’s efforts moving forward have the greatest positive impact possible on local businesses.
