For the first time, Water Grill will serve on Thanksgiving Day. Vaca and The Hall Global Eatery will offer a Thanksgiving family feast for takeout.
Other fast-casual eateries currently have seasonal-themed savory offerings and SCP bakeries and confectioners are stocked with tempting holiday treats.
Sur La Table has hands-on Thanksgiving cooking classes and Williams Sonoma shares holiday recipes from the beloved Ina Garten.
Water Grill, Thanksgiving Dine-In

Setting a new precedent, Water Grill will open Thanksgiving Day and serve its popular à la carte menu plus a three-course Thanksgiving menu. Start with a choice of Water Grill’s signature clam chowder or mixed organic greens. The holiday plate has Diestel Farms roasted turkey, sourdough-apple stuffing, cranberry relish, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. For dessert, select from caramel bread pudding or pumpkin cheesecake.

Alongside the full dinner menu, The Capital Grille will offer a Thanksgiving entrée with all the seasonal favorites. For dessert, pumpkin pie cheesecake is available à la carte $12.

Mary’s organic whole roasted turkey (16-18 lb.) comes with turkey giblet gravy, Amar’s cranberry sauce, famous sausage-cornbread stuffing, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, maple glazed yams with pomegranate, green beans with toasted almonds and cream of mushroom soup as a starter. The feast includes a freshly-baked pecan tart from the Hall’s Pâtisserie. Directions for warming the dinner will be included. Place order and pickup at desired location.
